His client made an application dated 16th January, 2025 to respondent no. 2 (the District Magistrate) for compensation under the scheme notified on 9th June, 2021. He seeks direction upon said respondent to consider his application. 2. Mr. Srivastava, learned advocate Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. He submits, the application will be duly dealt with. 3. Respondent no.2 is directed to consider petitioner's application dated 16th January, 2025, dispatched by post. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order and copy of the application to said respondent. 4.
