Kota City. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report No.519 dt. 12.02.2025 duly signed by S.H.O., Police Station Kishorepura, Distt. Kota City, which is taken on record. As per the factual report, a negative Final Report No.02/2024 dt.05.02.2024 has been filed and the same has also been submitted before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Kota (South) on 20.07.2024.
