1. This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record of the case pertaining to the issuance of the impugned memo. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ(s), order(s), directions(s), directing the respondent No.4 i.e., the Tehsildar to decide the representation dated 22.11.2024 (Annexure-P/5) thereby granting the petitioner permission to sell his paddy to the registered Cooperative Society. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, including the cost of this petition, as it appears to be fit and appropriate to this Hon’ble Court.” DEEPTI JHA Digitally signed by DEEPTI JHA

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is an agriculturist of Village Gomachi, Tehsil Dharsiva, District Raipur (C.G.). He is having the agricultural land and according to the government policy he has sold the paddy crop in the concerned society. However, since 2023 due to some error in the revenue records, he is unable to sell the paddy in the concerned
society.
Petitioner,
thereafter
has
submitted representation/application dated 22.11.2024 (Annexure-P/6) before the respondent No.4/Tehsildar, based upon which some proceedings was initiated by the respondent No.4/Tehsildar, however, no order till date has been passed, and therefore, direction be issued to respondent No.4/Tehsildar to consider and take decision on the representation/application (Annexure- P/6) submitted by the petitioner within specified time frame.

Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection, he also sought instructions from the respondent No.4/Tehsildar and as per his information, the representation/application dated 22.11.2024 (Annexure-P/6) is still pending consideration.
4. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the respective parties, without entering into merits of the case, this petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.4/Tehsildar to take decision on the representation/application dated 22.11.2024 (Annexure-P/6) expeditiously, preferably within a period of further 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant writ petition stands
