This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in issuing the Notification dated 05.03.2020 proposing to acquire the land to an extent of Ac.2.60 cents in Sy.No.153/4, 155/1 of Nelaturu Village, Kapileswarapuram Mandal, East Godavari District. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent submits that the District Collector, East Godavari, Kakinada, issued withdrawal notification of the subject lands mentioned in the Writ Petition under Section 93(1) of LA & RR Act, 2013, vide D.Dis/G4/RCPM/KPM/Nelaturu/497/2019, dated nil/03/2021, as alternative lands were identified for the purpose of providing house sites under <Navaratnalu-Pedalandari Illu=. 4. Since, the subject land is not used for the said purpose and in view of the said submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, made through the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 06.08.2025, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The copy of the said instructions of the 4th respondent shall be made as part of the Court record. 3 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
