Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that after due investigation, police laid charge sheet against the petitioner. Police also filed charge sheet in the counter case, which is lodged against respondent No.2. Both matters are pending before the competent Court. Learned counsel for dismissal of the petition. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor supported the version of respondent No.2 in that matter. 6. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
