This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and he submits that he would advise the petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet. 5. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing remains to be decided in the present criminal writ petition and it has rendered infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum in appropriate proceedings, if so advised. 7. Interim order dated 22.04.2022 stands vacated.
