The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda Town P.S. Case No.192 of 2024 (S.T. Case No.295 of 2024) for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2),76, 78, 79 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Godda. Petitioner is alleged to have slapped the informant and also pulled her dupatta. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for about six months. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Godda, in connection with Godda Town P.S.
