GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the aggrieved by the action of 2 the Respondent No.3 in interfering into civil disputes under influence of the unofficial respondents and insisting to execute petitioner's property in favour of unofficial respondents by cancelling the Settlement Deeds which were executed by petitioner's father in favour of them with relating to their property situated in D.No.5- 446/A, in an extent of 286.5 sq yards in R.S.No.225/B2D, Milar Nagar, Indira Nagar, Ward No.5 of Mangalagiri, Guntur District and insisting to produce petitioners old aged father by name Gunti Venkateswara Rao aged about 92 years before the 3rd Respondent for cancellation of deeds as illegal, irregular, arbitrary violative of the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code and also offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the official Respondents not to interfere into the civil disputes between the petitioners and unofficial respondents.” 2. Heard Sri Mangena Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
