SPP is directed to accept notice for respondent No.1. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had entrusted the vehicle to his driver, who, in turn, handed it over to the present accused No.1, who allegedly caused the accident. It is submitted that there was no direct transfer or delivery of the vehicle from the petitioner to accused No.1. It was further submitted that the questions raised by the petitioner involve disputed issues of fact, which are required to be substantiated through evidence during the course of the trial. These matters cannot be adjudicated at the stage of the present petition. 4. After having argued at length and upon observing that this Court was not inclined to grant any indulgence, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the petition. 5.
