The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 26, dated 14.04.2024, under Sections 452, 324, 326, 427, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC, at Police Station Raja Sansi, District Amritsar Rural. 2. Vide order dated 24.04.2025, passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 3. Reply dated 22.05.2025 filed on behalf of respondent taken on record. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that that the p 03.05.2025 but his custodial interrogation is required for identifying the involvement of other persons. 4. (oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 26, dated 14.04.2024, under Sections 452, 324, 326, 427, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC, at Police Station Raja Sansi, District Amritsar Rural. Vide order dated 24.04.2025, passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. Reply dated 22.05.2025 filed on behalf of respondent taken on record. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that that the petitioner has joined investigation on 03.05.2025 but his custodial interrogation is required for identifying the involvement of other persons.
