This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner has primarily prayed for following reliefs: "(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to provide protection for his live, liberty and property, to the petitioner with his family members. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to pass an appropriate order on the application of the petitioner dated 04.03.2025 which is pending before them with prayer protection for his life, liberty and property." In our view, the petitioner should approach the appropriate authority and file relevant complaint/FIR in accordance with law. This is not a fit case for a writ court to intervene.
