Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is serving as TGT (Medical) at GSSS, Murah, District Mandi, H.P. since 23.08.2018 and he has filed representations for his transfer to a station of his choice. He further submits that interest of justice would be served, in case, said representations of the petitioner, which are appended with the petition as Annexure P- 4 and P-5 are directed to be decided by the competent Authority within some reasonable time. 3.
