By the instant writ petition, petitioner is praying for the following relief: “i. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to quash and set aside the letter dated 08.12.2025 and issue new provisional transfer letter for a new proposed buyer either online or manual, thereby enabling the petitioner to get provisional transfer permission in respect of the plot no. 232/C, Sector 7, Industrial Area IIE, SIDCUL, Haridwar. ii. To issue a writ or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to adjust the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- as processing fees at the time of issuing new provisional transfer letter because the previous transfer could not mature.” 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be given liberty to move a fresh representation before the General Manager, SIDCUL within ten days for redressal of his grievances. 7. In such view of the matter a liberty is given to the petitioner to move a representation to the General Manager for redressal of his grievances. 8. If such a representation is moved, the General Manager, SIDCUL shall decide the same by reasoned and speaking order by giving personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 9.
