Learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing for a while, submitted that since the matter is at fag end and most of the witnesses have been examined, therefore, without pressing this application, he would rather seek a direction upon the Trial Court to ensure disposal of the charge-sheet. His statement is taken on record.
2. Even otherwise also, since the applicant is in custody from inception of charge-sheet, it is bounden duty of the Trial Court to expeditiously decide an under trial matter.
3. In the aforesaid backdrop, the present application is disposed of enabling the applicant to take fresh call as and when need arises, with further direction to the Trial Court to ensure that the trial is concluded at the earliest particularly depending upon its work load.

Disposed of along with connected application.
