Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in taking steps to assign the road adjacent to the land, which is used for ingress and egress to the agricultural lands of the petitioners in Sy.No.20, to an extent of Ac. cents, situated at P. Bommenepalli Village, Jammalamadugu Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District, in the name of allotting house sites under the Navaratnalu Program, without giving any notice and without following due process of law.
3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the counter of the 4th respondent, submits that the subject land is assessed waste land, a B.T. Road already exists, and there is no proposal for allotting the same for house sites.
4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.
