--- 03 / 25.02.2025 All these bail applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties.
2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 60 of 2024 arising out of Daltonganj Town P.S. Case No. 393 of 2023 for
2. the offences registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B), 26 and 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Palamau at Daltonganj.

Bail applications of the petitioners Amriteshwar Singh, Yash Verma and Chandan Kumar Singh have been rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 2491 of 2024, B.A. No. 10782 of 2024 and B.A. No. 1021 of 2024 respectively, while bail application of the petitioner Ramnarayan Singh was rejected by a Coordinate Bench of this Court Vide B.A. No. 3967 of 2024
4. On 08.09.2023 at about 6.00 p.m., brother of the Informant namely Rajesh Kumar Verma @ Funtus was shot dead by the named accused persons. There is specific allegation that the petitioner Amriteshwar Singh @ Chotka Babu, Chandan Kumar Singh, Sonu Kumar and others have fired upon the brother of the Informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Informant has been examined in this case and he has been declared hostile. It was further submitted that co-accused Tarik has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 11367 of 2023.
6. Learned A.P.Ps in the aforesaid bail applications have opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against the petitioners that they had shot the deceased, due to which he succumbed to his injuries.
7. There is specific allegation against the petitioners that they had shot the deceased, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. Co- accused Tarik has been granted bail only because of the fact that he was present at the place of occurrence.
8. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail stands rejected.
Learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
