The petitioner is claiming a direction to the respondents for absorbing him against the existing aided vacancy of the post of lecturer in physics in the 3'"^ respondent college. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner joined the 3'^^ respondent college on 20.01.1997 after being selected by the selection committee in its meeting held on 11.01.1997. It is submitted that the petitioner is a -2- W.P. No.31305 of 2012 senior lecturer in physics in an unaided post. It is further submitted that the post of aided lecturer in physics is lying vacant and that he is entitled for absorption. 3. The respondents have filed a detailed counter contending that the petitioner is not entitied for absorption as there is no vacancy and that there is no sanction of the aided 4. The learned Government Pleader for post. higher education submits that in a similar claim of seeking regularization, disposing of the writ appeals preferred by the State Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court respondents therein to submit while the had directed the a detailed representation within a period of six weeks and also to submit the relevant annexures and such appointment orders services records, if any, available and any other documents relating to their claim for absorption and the appellants/State were directed to pass appropriate orders within 8 weeks after receipt of the said 23.08.2024, passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No. 1193 of 2024 and batch is placed on record. 5. Following the order passed by the Hon'ble Division this Court in Writ Appeal No. 1193 of 2024 representation. A copy of the order dated Bench of and batch, this writ petition is disposed off, granting liberty to the petitioner to -3- W.P. No.31305 of 2012 submit a detailed representation annexing the relevant annexures such as appointment orders, service record if any, available with the petitioner and any other document relating to the claim of the petitioner for absorption into aided post.
