NIMMAGADDA VIJAYA SANTHI SRK, J WP No.23244 of 2025 3 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in treating petitioner’s college as a defaulting institution and in refusing to consider the petitioner’s representation, dated 01.08.2025 for renewal of affiliation for the Academic Year 2025-26, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, violative of the principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the respondents to grant renewal of affiliation to the petitioner’s College, Sri Sadhana Degree College (formerly PMR Degree College – Code 162920) for the Academic Year 2025 – 26 by duly considering the petitioner’s representation, dated 01.08.2025 in accordance with law. 2. Petitioner is Secretary, Correspondent and In-charge Principal of Sri Sadhana Degree College (formerly PMR Degree College) established under Pabbu Madhusudhana Rao Memorial Educational Society, vide Reg. No.480/93, dated 12.08.1993 which is affiliated to Rayalaseema University. Due to misappropriation of scholarship funds, services of the then Principal Sri D. Raja Gopal Reddy and Sri P. Mabu Sharif, Lecturer were terminated in the Governing Body Meeting held on 30.06.2024. After termination of services of former Principal, Sri D. Raja Gopal Reddy, the login credentials for operation of SRK, J WP No.23244 of 2025 4 Jananbhumi Portal, which serves as the official platform for managing student scholarships, fee reimbursements, yearly affiliation of degree colleges, and other statutory purposes could not be processed since the said credentials are under the unauthorized control of said Raja Gopal Reddy. With regard to the same, W.P.No.6925 of 2025 has been filed and the same is pending. While so, 2nd respondent issued notification calling upon all affiliated colleges to apply for renewal of temporary affiliation for the Academic Year 2025-26 through web portal by uploading the requisite documents and proof of payment of fees within the stipulated time. However, due to lack of login credentials, the same could not be done. Upon which, the petitioner herein made a representation, dated 01.08.2025 to 3rd respondent for renewal of affiliation for the academic year 2025-26, but no orders have been passed in that regard. 3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4, on written instructions, submits that the petitioner institution has not obtained affiliation, for current academic year and the same does not in any manner prejudice the students admitted in the previous academic years. He further submits that the petitioner SRK, J WP No.23244 of 2025 5 institution has failed to apply for affiliation for the present academic year owing to internal disputes within its management. 4. Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the respondents 2 and 3 are not considering his representation dated 01.08.2025. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the representation, dated 01.08.2025 made by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
