Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions and would submit that basing on the complaint filed by respondent No.9, respondent Police are calling the Petitioners to the Police Station for preliminary enquiry, but they did not turn up, no crime is registered against the Petitioners, and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that necessary directions may be given to respondent Police and this Writ Petition may be disposed of. 4 Considering the submissions, it is apposite to direct respondent Police not to call the Petitioners to the Police Station except following due process of law.
