Learned Additional Advocate General along with the Nodal Officer would submit that the SOP dated 06.08.2021 has been quashed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.12.2024 in Writ Petition No. 6022 of 2021 and other analogous petitions. They would further submit that they are under process to notify the new SOP. 3. Considering the submission, at this juncture, no writ of mandamus can be issued, accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition, after notification of the SOP, if his grievance still survives. 4.
