Perusal of the record would show that the petitioner has challenged the order passed by Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) and Tahsildar. The order of Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) was passed in an appeal filed under Section 44(1) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959. 4. In the aforementioned facts of the case, petitioner is having an alternate remedy of filing the second appeal under Section 44(2) of the Code of 1959. 5. In view of the submission made by counsel for petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail other remedy available under the law.
