No.53 of 2017 in O.S. No.427 of 2015 and the order of arrest passed in O.E.P. No.46 of 2017 in O.S. No.427 of 2015 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle. 2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner/Judgment Debtor submits that the Petitioner/Judgment Debtor intends to pay the entire decretal amount to the Respondent/Decree Holder and for that, today, he would pay 50% of the principal decretal amount, the remaining principal amount along with interest would be paid within two weeks. 3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner/Judgment Debtor, the present Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of, directing the Petitioner/Judgment Debtor to pay the principal decretal 3 amount on or before 20.01.2026 and to pay the accrued interest on or before 20.02.2026, without fail. 4.
