Mrs. Prabha Naithani, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. Pankaj Joshi, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The present applicant ‘Saurabh’ S/o Sunil is praying for regular bail in relation to First Information Report dated 22.10.2024 bearing FIR No. 342 of 2024 P.S. Kankhal, District Haridwar, wherein, the present applicant has been implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 64(2)(m), 65(1) of BNS and 3(a), 4(2), 5(j)(ii) and 5(l) of POCSO Act. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated and in fact at the time of the alleged incident he was at a tender age of 19 years and the victim was aged about 14 years and both of them were known to each other. 5. Apart from this, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the chargesheet has already been filed, therefore, there is no need of custodial interrogation of the applicant. 6. On the other side, learned A.G.A. fairly submits that the chargesheet has already been filed, therefore there is no need of custodial interrogation of the applicant. 7. After hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the parties and further taking into consideration that the chargesheet has already been filed, therefore, there is no need of custodial interrogation of the applicant, this court is of the view that the applicant deserves for bail. 8. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, the bail application is allowed. 9. Let the applicant ‘Saurabh’ be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
