This is a Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for directing the trial Court to decide the Civil Suit no.33 filed on 06.02.2007 by the respondent expeditiously. 2. The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.12.2022 had directed the trial Court to furnish comments to explain the inordinate delay in deciding the abovesaid civil suit. The said comments have been sent by the trial Court. This Court has perused the said comments and has found that against the interim orders passed by the trial Court, two revisions petitions had been filed before this court. 3.
