The issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided by this Court in case of Hajarilal Chakradhari Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others [WPS No. 8345 of 2024 (decided on 01.12.2025)]. 3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition also deserves to be disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in case of Hajarilal Chakradhari (supra). 4.
