The grievance of the petitioner is that the advertisement was issued for the post of Teacher (Science) and the petitioner successfully participated in the recruitment process and after verification of the concerned documents, he was found eligible for the post of Teacher E-Cadre (Science) (English medium) by letter dated 02.02.2022 and thereafter, appointment order was issued. The petitioner gave joining at Govt. Middle School Nagari (English Medium) Block Nagri, District- Dhamtari C.G. on 12.02.2022. The petitioner on 11.04.2022 checked thee website he was shown as T-Cadre instead of E-Cadre, therefore, he has filed the present petition before this Court. 2. The petitioner appeared through VC and contended that his grievance has been redressed and he wants to withdraw the petition. 3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn on the basis of compromise.
