Heard Sri. V Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit the petitioner sent a representation to the 2nd respondent and the same was endorsed to the 4th respondent. Basing on the representation of the petitioner, the 4th respondent called the petitioner for preliminary enquiry through phone. Petitioner did not turn up to the enquiry regarding her petition. Further the 4th respondent sent reply to the Superintendent of Police, Annamayya District and closed the petition.
