JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 14-08-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. appearing for the State. 2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. App. (SJ) No. 3703 of 2025, which stood dismissed on 04.01.2023 due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 07.12.2022. From bare perusal of the instant restoration application, it is apparent that the same has been filed after inordinate delay of more than one year and four months on 20.05.2025 for restoration of the appeal which stood dismissed on 04.01.2023 and there is no plausible explanation for the same. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and inordinate delay in filing of the present restoration application, this restoration application is dismissed. shashank/- (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) U T
