ORAL ORDER
In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent-Bank to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22nd December, 2022 (Annexure-D) filed for conversion of Overdraft Account into Term loan.
2. Heard Smt. Kavitha D., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Vignesh Shetty, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank.
3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the averments made in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondent-Bank is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22nd December, 2022 (Annexure-D) in accordance with law within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
