Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been reinstated and the suspension order has been recalled. In the facts of this case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to conclude the enquiry preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
