Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that son of the informant went missing on 30.12.2020 and later, his burnt dead body was found in his car. During course of investigation, co- accused Chandan Yadav disclosed the name of this petitioner stating that he along with other accused persons committed murder of the son of informant. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co- accused Chandan Yadav.
