The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the following relief(s); “10.1 To pass any appropriate writ, order directing learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur (C.G.) to expedite the proceedings in case bearing Filing No. 3463/2025 parties name Brijlal Gangwani Vs. S. K. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had preferred an application under Section 200 of the Cr.P.C. more than two years ago, yet no order has been passed thereon. The matter continues to remain pending for want of a report from Police Station Golbazar. He submits that the petitioner, who is an elderly person aged about 65 years, had approached the court seeking justice, however, despite lapse of more than two years, his application remains undecided. Therefore, he prays that the learned JMFC, Raipur may be directed to expedite the proceedings and decide the matter within a reasonable period of time. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and taking into account the submissions made hereinabove, it is observed that the learned JMFC, Raipur, shall make an earnest endeavour to expedite the trial in case bearing Filing No. 3463/2025 and conclude the proceedings within a reasonable period of time subject to cooperation of the parties. 4.
