Heard Sri M.Sapthagiri, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are not taking any action against the complaint dated 02.09.2025. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the matter is purely civil in nature that is why the police have not taken any action against the complaint of the petitioner. 5. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
