Having regard to the facts and circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the Writ Petition directing the Respondent No.1 to complete the entire administrative process, within a period of eight (08) weeks, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination between the Departments and transfer the net amount to the Bank Account of the Writ Petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today. Writ Petitioner is directed to furnish the Bank Account details to the Respondent Authorities forthwith, for effective compliance. 4.
