ORAL ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
"PRAYER Wherefore, the petitioner most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to, a. Issue a writ of Mandamus or directions to the Principal Senior Civil Judge and CJM Court at Chitradurga to dispose of proceedings in M.C.No.99/2023 & M.C.No.204/2023 filed by petitioner with in three (3) months vide ANNEXURE - 'A' to 'F' to the writ petition. b. Pass any other orders are directions as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper under the
facts and

circumstances, dispensing notice to the Respondent in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that already directions are issued by this Court and the Family Court has not disposed of M.C.Nos.99 and 204/2023. For that, another writ petition is filed before this Court. This Court cannot entertain writ petitions of this nature. Hence, this Court is passing the following:
ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. ii. All I.As. in this petition shall stand closed.
