WRIT PETITION No. 32822 of 2023
ORDER:
1. The present writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamous declare the action of the respondent No.3 and 4 in not registering the lease deed P.No. 35/20233 dated 13-10-2023 submitted in respect of the premises situated in plots No.13 to 19 in Survey No.655 situated in Koduru village and Panchayat and Mandal of Annamaiah District is arbitrary, irregular and against to the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Responandent No. 4 to register and release the Lease Deed by setting aside the Order passed in Resufusal No.8/2023 dated 15-09- 2023 and also setting aside the endorment vide Endt:G/1549/2023 dated 13-10-2023 and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that under similar circumstances, this Hon’ble Court in W.P.No.6134 of 2025 disposed of the writ petition directing the Registering authorities to find out whether the petitioners or their vendors are parties to the order in C.R.P.No.1147 of 2012 and in case they are not parties, the Registering authority shall process the document in accordance with law and release the document to the petitioners.
3. Learned State Counsel fairly admitted that the order in W.P.No.6134 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025 is applicable to the present facts of the case and the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the directions of the above said order.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of and the respondents are directed to find out whether the petitioners or their vendors are parties to the order in C.R.P.No.1147 of 2012 and in case they are not parties, the Registering authority shall process the document in accordance with law and release the same to the petitioners within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
