This Court on 16.05.2024 on the instructions of the Joint Sub Registrar, Nellore that the Document Nos. 2139 to 2142/2023 have not been cancelled, restrained the Respondent Authorities from cancelling the documents. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the said Writ Petition is pending for consideration and the interim order passed is in vogue as on date. While so, the Petitioner on the apprehension that the Respondlent Authorities would be granting building permission to Sri K. Satya Sudha @ Devireddy Vaiyusatha @ Davireddy Vasithamma, made representations dated 04.01.2025 and 23.01.2025 to the Respondent \ > 3 Authorities. The present Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner on the premise that the Respondents are not considering the representations of the Petitioner and likely to be granted building plan to the rival claimants to the property. Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent Municipal 4. Corporation passed on the Written Instructions signed by the Assistant City Planner, Nellore Municipal Corporation, wherein it is mentioned that the Respondent Authorities has not issued any permission to the plan relating to the subject property and no construction activity has been identified to be going on at this site. It is also mentioned that the Petitioner’s Representations dated 04.01.2025 and 23.01.2025 are pending for consideration and upon due verification, appropriate orders would be passed on the representations of the Petitioner as early as possible. 5. In view of the Written Instructions, the apprehension of the Petitioner is redressed. 6. Placing the Written Instructions on record, the Writ Petition is closed.
