In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus against respondent No.4 to consider the representation dated 20.11.2019 (Annexure- A) to initiate prosecution under Section 83(1) of the Registration Act, 1908. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties and as learned Additional Government Advocate has filed a memo dated 09.12.2025, wherein respondent No.4 has stated that they will take action as per Section 83(1) of the Registration Act, 1908, after completion of scrutiny of the available authenticated details in the respondent No.4-Office. 4. In that view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this writ petition.
