By filing this Interlocutory Application under Rule 93 of The Conduct of Election Rules, 1961, the applicant has prayed for allowing him to inspect documents and obtain copies thereof, as allowed to the opposite party/election petitioner, as mentioned in the order dated 19.05.2025, passed in IA(C) No. 54/(AP)2025. 3.
Having heard the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant and prayer not being objected to by the learned counsel for the opposite party/election petitioner, I deem it appropriate to allow the applicant/respondent to inspect and obtain copies, thereof, to those documents/materials as mentioned in the order dated 19.05.2025, passed in
