Having taken note of the prayer in the Writ Petition and the Written Instructions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition at the stage of admission, without going into the merits of the case, directing the Fifth Respondent namely Assistant Engineer, to consider the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner on 19.04.2024 and pass a speaking order, in accordance with the law, within a period of two (02) weeks from today and furnish a copy of the said order to the Writ Petitioner forthwith.
