Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:63977-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 12619 of 2025 Petitioner :- Mohammad Ayoob Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Amish Kumar Srivastava,Jeetendra Kesharwani Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Praveen Kumar Giri,J. There appears to be a private dispute pending inter-se between the parties. A civil suit is pending and it is alleged that injunction has also been granted to the petitioner. The order of injunction is not being complied with. Remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the concerned court under Order XXXIX Rule 2-A of the CPC. No direction in the writ petition is called for. Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed. We, however, clarify that the police shall not take sides in the matter and would restrict their concern to observance of peace alone on the spot.
