1. This is an o+ce reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 21.08.2024, passed in MCRC No. 5473 of 2024, while allowing the bail of the petitioner, namely, Gitesh Patro, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of the
order, if there was no legal impediment.

4. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Saraipali, District – Mahasamund (C.G.) vide her request letter dated 23.09.2025 has requested for grant of four months time for concluding the trial.
5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that it is respectfully submitted that after the appearance of the 09 witnesses, the evidence will be recorded and the case will be disposed of at the earliest. Therefore, he prays for grant of four month’s time for concluding the trial.
6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today.
7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o4 with the aforesaid direction.
8. Registry is directed to send a certiBed copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
