This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in proposing to assign house-site pattas under ‘Navaratnalu-eddalandariki Illu' scheme in the land of an extent of Ac.0.76 Cents in Sy.No.196/4 and an extent of Ac.0.09 Cents in Sy.No.196-5 situated at Pedaparthi Village, Anaparthi Mandal, East Godavari District belonging to the deity Sri Mavullamma Ammavaru of Pedaparthi Village. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 23.09.2025, submits that the land for an extent of Ac.0-76 cents in Sy.No.196/4 and Ac.0-09 cents in Sy.No.196/5, situated at Pedaparthi Village, Anaparthi Mandal, belonging to the deity Sri Mavullamma Ammavaru of Pedaparthi Village, Anaparthi Mandal has not been acquired under the welfare scheme of housing. 4. The copy of the instructions of the 4th respondent shall be made as part of the Court record. 5. In view of the same, as the cause does not survive, this writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated.
