THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRADEEP SINGH YERUR - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54753 WP No. 38681 of 2025 ORAL ORDER Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent/State. 2. The petitioner is before this Court questioning the issuance of notice by respondent No.4 i.e., Police Inspector, Yelahanka Police Station, Bengaluru, dated 06.12.2025. To the said notice of respondent No.4, petitioner has provided a reply on 19.12.2025. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that case in Crime No.129/2021, is pending against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 447, 504, 506, 149 of IPC and another case in Crime No.448/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 323, 324, 354(B), 504, 506, 149 of IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST Act. It is further contended that on the earlier occasion, a similar notice was issued to the petitioner by the respondent-State making similar allegations, which came to be questioned by the petitioner by filing W.P.No.895/2024. In the said petition, this Court quashed the rowdy list opened against the petitioner vide its order dated - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54753 WP No. 38681 of 2025 22.01.2024, whereby this Court directed the respondent- Authorities to consider the reply of the petitioner and pass suitable orders. 4. In the present case as well, a similar order requires to be passed as the petitioner has been visited with similar notice by respondent No.4 for having involved in criminal activity and accordingly a rowdy list is anticipated to be opened against him as a rowdy sheeter, for which the petitioner has replied. It would be appropriate for the concerned respondent to take into consideration a reply provided by the petitioner and pass suitable orders, including taking cognizance of the earlier orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.895/2024, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly and writ petition stands disposed off. Sd/- (PRADEEP SINGH YERUR) JUDGE SMJ; List No.: 1 Sl No.: 35
