1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner even when the case is taken up for hearing in the second round.
2. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs:
“(i) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned notice dated 07.12.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent no. 5, in the interest of justice. (ii) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to grant lease to the possession land of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. (iii) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the pending representation dated 27.11.2020, in the interest of justice. (iv) That, further this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities that before removal of the house from the possession of the petitioner then alternative shelter may be provided to the petitioner as per rehabilitation scheme, in the interest of justice. (v) Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the State would submit that the Collector, Korea has decided the objections raised by the petitioner and other interested persons vide order dated 25.1.2021.
4. Taking into consideration the above-stated facts, this petition is
disposed of. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive his prayer if cause of action still survives. Sd/-
