1. Instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.11 dated 05.02.2025 under Sections 125/351(2) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act (Offence under Section 109 of BNS was added later on) registered at Police Station Phul District Bathinda, Punjab (Annexure P-1).
2. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M-15060-2025 (Annexure P-5) filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 25.03.2025 and on that date the case was argued at length and then on the request of
learned counsel for the petitioner, petition was dismissed being not pressed. Now, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after 01 month and 04 days.
3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
