JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of mandamus directing respondent No.4 to consider the representation dated 26.07.2024 and pass suitable order for effecting khata. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the schedule property as described in the writ petition was granted in the year 16.09.1994 and the saguvali chit was issued on 16.12.1995, though petitioner has been in continuous possession, the khata was not effected in the name of the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42620 WP No. 25191 of 2025 petitioner. It is further submitted that multiple representations have been made including the representation at Annexure-C. 3. Learned AGA appearing for the State upon instructions submits that representation would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed. It is further submitted that if there are any clarifications, petitioner must be directed to furnish the same to enable the respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. 4. In the light of the said stand of the respondent- State, petition is disposed of, representation dated 26.07.2024 of the petitioner at Annexure-C to be disposed of within a period of one month from today.
