Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed for providing salary and difference of salary to the petitioners w.e.f. 01.01.2006 and also retiremental benefits in promotional pay scale in accordance with the Government Order dated 20.12.2001 and also the orders of this Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.10665 of 2006, Dharampal Singh Rajpoot and others Vs. State of U.P. and others. 3. Considering the submissions made, without going into merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation / claim petition within a period of two weeks attaching the Government Order dated 20.12.2001 as well as the judgment of this Court in the case of Dharampal Singh Rajpoot and others Vs. State of U.P. and others in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.10665 of 2006. On filing such representation / claim petition, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same based on observations made by this Court and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months thereafter. 4.
