The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following
ORDER The present interlocutory application has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition (d) in paragraph No.7., imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.P.No.6002 of 2025 vide Order dated 26.06.2025. Heard the
learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. It is represented that the petitioner from the date of her release has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the charge sheet is not yet filed. In view of the submissions made and the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is disposed of, the condition (d) in paragraph No.7,, imposed in Crl.P.No.6002 of 2025 vide Order dated 26.06.2025 is modified as:
"The petitioner/Accused No.3 shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a month i.e., on every 1st Sunday between 10:00 AM and 05:00 PM, till filing of charge sheet." instead of;
