JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 03/02/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 15.01.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of the Court in SBCWP No. 410/2025 titled as Guddi Palsaniya & Ors. vs. Rajasthan Staff Selection Board. It is further submitted that the facts and legal issue of the instant controversy are akin to the afore-relied ratio. Hence, the same ratio be made applicable herein. In the light of above, the present petition is disposed of in view of the ratio passed in Guddi Palsaniya & Ors (supra). The directions spelled out therein be made applicable in the matter in hand.
